Crowdlap reads public YouTube live chat and chat replays, the same messages anyone watching can see. From them we keep only public channel ids and message counts, to compute totals such as "18% of this channel's chatters also chat in that one".
We never show, sell or share who a viewer is, what they wrote, or where else they chat. Reports show totals only.
Creators who sign up give us their channel and an email address; we use the email only to send their reports. Ask us to delete anything by replying to any email from us.
